• LeaderQuest sponsors the youth introduction to technology program, an outreach program serving the educational desires of at-risk youth in Colorado.
• Workers displaced by layoffs from client companies can take advantage of twelve months complimentary access to business skills, desktop productivity, and personal effectiveness e-Learning. 
• LeaderQuest sponsors a Big Brothers and Big Sisters community event each year with our employees dedicating their services for a full day.
• Each year LeaderQuest raises thousands of dollars for its local United Way chapter, thanks to the efforts of community-minded employee volunteers.
