LeaderQuest began in the early 1990s as a Colorado based IT outsourcing firm then called Hensmann Technology. They provided IT outsourced support solutions for small to mid-sized companies through the .com boom. In 2001, LeaderQuest shifted its focus to helping companies with their technical talent development projects.

Evolution of IT Training

From 2001 through 2005, LeaderQuest worked with small to large sized enterprises to train their own IT or R&D employees through certification based training. Once these companies started to realize the value of LeaderQuest’s training and certification programs, they started to ask if they could contract or hire employees directly from LeaderQuest. Today, LeaderQuest is a global full-service staffing, training and certification provider supporting the training and placement needs of thousands of individuals in careers across a Range of top tier companies.
